Power Lock: 10s -> 6s
Survivor Shield: 10s -> 12s
Killer Reveal: 5 uses -> 4 uses

Survivor Starve: 2s -> 6s. Starves slower than before but still leaves 3 1/2 hunger bars if at max hunger.
Mighty Killers: 7s -> 5s. Now correctly speeds up by 20% instead of 40%.
Power Lock: 10s -> 6s.
Survivor Famine: 2 uses -> 3 uses
Regen Choke: 14s -> 6s. 5 uses -> 2 uses. Now removes ACTIVE ”Regeneration” potion effect.
Dispersed Damage: 25% dispersion -> 33% dispersion.
