Welcome back, Survivors!<\/strong>
This MM update brings the arrival of one of the most explosive additions yet \u2014 a brand-new Killer weapon that\u2019s sure to make some noise, and a haunting new battlefield to test it on. Prepare yourselves for the Killer Shotgun<\/strong> and the new Hollowood Manor<\/strong> map!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brand New Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Killer Shotgun<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our second ranged weapon is here! The Killer Shotgun<\/strong> is a short-ranged weapon designed to blast Survivors back to see their ancestors. This weapon\u2019s devastating at point-blank range, but don\u2019t expect it to do much from far away. The notes below are pretty in-depth. We suggest you check it out since a ton of planning went into how this weapon works!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Primary Fire (LMB)<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Fires a wide cone blast up to 20 blocks<\/strong> ahead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maximum damage:<\/strong> 15 (7.5 hearts) at point-blank range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Damage decreases the further Survivors arefrom the Killer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Requires clear line-of-sight to deal damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Shoots every 0.5 seconds<\/strong> (when loaded).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knockback:<\/strong> both the Killer and Survivors are pushed \u2014 Killers are thrown back about 1 block<\/strong>, Survivors roughly 2 blocks<\/strong> depending on proximity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reload (Shift + RMB)<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Reloads one shell at a time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Can only hold two loaded shells at a time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Each reload takes 2 seconds<\/strong> per shell (full reload \u2248 4 seconds).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Player speed is reduced by 50% during reload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cancels reloads when swapping items held<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The weapon cannot fire mid-reload.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        New Map: Hollowood Manor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Step into the Hollowood Manor<\/strong>, a sprawling estate packed with pale oak and sticky secrets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Resin Block Mechanic:<\/strong>
          Certain rooms and hallways are blocked by thick, resin-like barriers at the start of each round. These dissolve after 1 minute<\/strong> of gameplay, opening up new routes!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
