
MM V. 3.0.5 contains many new spooky changes and terrifying additions.
General Changes
- All Maps have been spookified!
- A spooky overlay and some gory elements have been added
- New hiding music composed by our lead developer, AJ!
- NEW Spruce Forest small map, The Institute
- NEW Brick City small map, The Campsite
Balance Changes
Survivor Shield
Survivor Shield is good. Too good. So good that it blocks out other Powers on smaller maps. We’re changing it up just a tiny bit. We don’t want to kill this Power, but rather open up more room for strategy.
- Damage reduction reduced to 25% (was 30%).
- Chance to block attacks reduced to 40% (was 50%).
- 18s → 15s
Turbo Killers
Cue that fog horn! We love Turbo Killers, but its speed can be considered what some called “busted”. We’ve also noticed that Killers can literally zoom up to a boosted Survivor and murder them from behind.
- 85% faster → 70% faster
- 6s → 5s
Survivor Revive
Nerfing Survivor Revive?! Oh, the horror! This Power is incredibly overused and we would like to give other Powers a chance. It also puts Killers at a severe disadvantage when Survivors use it last-second. With a 2-minute cooldown, it can only be used once on small maps. This encourages more fair play.
- 90s cooldown → 120s cooldown
Survivor Sonar
Another scary balance change, Survivor Sonar now beeps slower. Again, we did this with the aim of encouraging the use of different Powers.
- Now beeps less frequently.
